Board of Directors of the Service Center for the “Hanbury” Botanical Gardens (GBH&HBG)
The board of directors is the steering body, which plans and decides on the lines of development and activity of the Centre, in compliance with the guidelines of the governing bodies.
With effect from 1.1.2024 and until 31.12.2026, the president and members of the board of directors of the Service Center for the Hanbury Botanical Gardens (GBH&HBG) are appointed, according to the following composition:
- President: Prof. Luigi Minuto, full, s.s.d. BIO/02 - systematic botany, pertaining to the Department of Earth, Environmental and Life Sciences (DISTAV)
- prof. Andrea Zanini, associate, s.s.d. SECS-P/12 - economic history, pertaining to the economics department
- prof. Francesco Faccini, associate, s.s.d. GEO/04 - physical geography and geomorphology, pertaining to the Department of Earth, Environmental and Life Sciences (DISTAV)
- prof. Gabriele Casazza, associate, s.s.d. BIO/02 - systematic botany, pertaining to the Department of Earth, Environmental and Life Sciences (DISTAV)
The technical-scientific director and the administrative manager participate in the meetings of the board of directors, with a consultative vote.
